POLICIES

Please understand that when you forget to come to your appointment or you cancel without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:

​

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I kindly require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a $25 fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

​

No Show appointments will be charged a $25 re-booking fee. Please note that two consecutive missed appointments will result in a $50 re-booking fee.

LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY:

​

If you happen to be running late, please contact me as soon as possible. If 15 minutes late or more, I will do my best to accommodate you, however, out of respect to all my other guests with scheduled appointments, I'm unable to guarantee that all or any of the services scheduled will be performed and may result in a $25 cancellation.

SERVICE RE-DO AND RETAIL PRODUCT RETURN:

​

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your haircut or color, let me know within 6 days of your visit and I'll be happy to adjust the issue with no additional charge. Any adjustments must align with our original consultation. Adjustments that differ from the original plan, or are requested more than 7 days later, will require full payment.

 

I do not guarantee any color service if over the counter products are used at home. This is because they alter the PH and strip the color off. I will make product recommendations after our consultation, based on your hair type, styling routine and to maintain the color.

If your're dissatisfied with a retail purchase, I will accept retail exchanges within 7 days from your original purchase.
